Is India becoming religion specific nation by the documentary ban on beef eating?

World knows India is a secular country with innumerable diversities, casts and races. But unity amongst so much varieties of living standards makes India a very very special nation. In recent times, a burning debating war has started between top two religions - Hindu and Muslim - on beef eating. Due to some personal religious remarks on beef by some politicians, the central government has finally stepped into the matter and issued a documentary ban on killing cows and eating beef in India, which is in private custody now. Since it is a sensitive matter, the ban document us not made publicly open until it gets the full and final approval.
