Northeast Indian politics in the state of Assam has surged as a exorbitant boost for one of its main political parties, BJP, especially from 2014 onwards. BJP has grown its dominance over all other political parties of Assam like INC & co. since 2021 as it's alliance with Asom Gana Parishad(AGP) and United People's Party Liberal (UPPL) regained ruling power by winning the 2021 Assam Assembly Election polls.
