Is it possible for Indian publishers to change AdSense payee name?

How to change the payee name in my Google adsense account?

Earlier, Google had a restriction for Indian publishers that they cannot change their payee names in their AdSense accounts. But with the introduction of new International Wire Transfer (EFT) payment system from this year, yes, it is possible to change the Payee name in your adsense account. Here is step by step procedure:

• Login to your Google AdSense account.
• Click the gear
   icon and select ‘Payments’.
• A screen like below appears. Click ‘add new form of payment’.

• Again a JavaScript form like below appears.

• Fill in the field details like your bank name, account number, Swift BIC code, IFSC code etc.
• In the Payee name field, enter the name you want now. Here you can certainly change the name that was used earlier for your adsense check payments.
• Do not forget to check the field 'Set this form of payment as primary'. Then your given data will be set as primary by Google. Click the 'save' button to see the immediate effect of changes you just made.

But it is strongly advised by AdSense experts that your new payee name and name in your adsense account must be identical to avoid any sudden havoc in future. Because Google is not a silent sitter. It revises, reforms, revitalizes and reinvents its rules at regular intervals which further wakes up its clients and ad publishers to be active and remain updated.
