Will Farmers Protest to 2020-21 Agriculture Act result good for them?
Wondering about the intricacies of the Farm Bill 2020-21 and its advantages or disadvantages? Want to understand what is this Krishi Bill 2020 and why the Farmers are protesting it with a revolutionary unity? Read this complete article to have clear idea about the benefits and loopholes of the Indian Agricultural Act 2020 in detail.
The BJP-led NDA Govt has always acted with enterprising approach to people’s need but when it comes to Farmers, it has passed The Krishi Bill 2020 consisting of three major sub-bills, passed in the Lok Sabha, related to the Farmers benefits. This is also known as the 2020 Agriculture Act Or the Farm Bill 2020 by Government of India. Its main contents are as follows:

(3) Essential Commodities Amendment Bill

As per Government’s official statements, these bills will not
only reinforce the farmers' annual revenue in manifolds but also it will make them
independent of the government owned mandis and markets. By that way, they can get
a fair or better price for their produce from traders outside Government mandis.
Further, it declines the interstate trading volumes and hence minimizing the transportation
costs. The bill encourages the Farmers to use all modern technology and have partnerships
with agro-companies, retailers, suppliers and traders of agro products. Items like
pulses and cereals will no longer be considered as essential commodities and be
delisted by government. These commodities field will attract Foreign Direct Investment
(FDI) from other nations. Thus the bills benefit Farmers in a wholesome amount.
These are actual terms of the Krishi Bill 2020-21.

The question arises
here is: if the Bill is no loss to Farmers to any way, then why they have been sitting
in protest for such a prolonged period of time? What are the deep flaws in Modi
Government’s new farm bills for which Farmers are sitting in protest for months?
Now they have made public announcements to make tractor rallies on the Republic
Day 26th January to exhibit their opposition to Government on farm Bill
terms and conditions. So, to know views of Farmers on this krishi bill are
as follows:
(1) Farmers are not dead sure of getting a Minimum Support
Price(MSP) for their produce outside the Government controlled markets.
(2) Since agro companies get direct access and involvement
into the price dictation, there is a huge chance of small farmers benefits getting
booed.

(3) The Farmers Promotion and Facilitation Bill has not
mentioned and given any alternative backup plan to Farmers if they fail in getting
an MSP for their produce outside. That means, this Bill is a one way traffic. Either
sell outside or go home. No return policy is mentioned or guaranteed.
(4) Government has clearly not mentioned about MSPs or
procurements in the bill saying that they were never parts of any legislation or
law. Same applies the present.
(5) The key drawback of the Farm Bill 2020 is that initially the private retailers will offer a better margin price to the Farmers and in the meanwhile, Government Mandis will pack up the orders and vacate it. But after few years, these private firms will start playing and exploiting the Farmers benefits and well being. Thus it makes a sense for the Farmers come out in numbers for protest against the Government and the much hyped Krushi Bill 2020.

So, what the Farmers in protest are saying about this Bill
are definitely a matter of deep concern for the Government and it is genuine. As
per my detailed scrutiny, I find that both the Government and the Farmers are right
in their standpoints. Since Farmers are our food providers, Government must have
bilateral talks with Farm leaders, set up Farmers interests and welfare as top priority
with full warranty and add that to the Bill’s terms. As an Indian citizen, it is
the concern of the whole nation at the moment and I want the issue to be resolved
as quickly as possible. I strongly hope that the farmers protest results in all
goodness both for them and the government as well.

When will 5G network be launched in India?
With 5G Android devices starting to swirl over the technology market, it is quite obvious to eagerly wait and inquire about what is 5G and how much network speed will it provide to people, whether the 5th Generation high speed 5G network will be introduced in India or not. Let us take a realistic survey from the current technical analysis and opinions by experts with regards to the expected 5G launch date in India.

When 4G/4GVolTE network had to be launched, Reliance Jio Communications led the charge and just prevailed its reign like a giant. But it is also to be noted with grief that Government of India’s own BSNL has yet not implemented 4G VolTE services yet. It is always beneficial to use the next generation technology at easy hands but when we expect 5G network data speed being easily available and accessible to every state and corner of a vastly populated Nation like India, this is a herculean mammoth task. So, it is a little irritating and worrisome when you talk about 5G network launch in India. On the other hand, Techno giants have started unveiling and launching 5G Supported Android Smartphones like MOTO G 5G, Samsung Galaxy S21 Series, OPPO Reno 5 Pro etc. in India, but it’s prime requirement – the 5G Mobile Network – remains too near but too far a dream to come true.

If you are wondering about which countries have actually
deployed 5G technology, then let me tell you that amongst countries having 5G networks,
China is perhaps the leading Nation when it counts the enlisted members but the
first country to adopt 5G technology network is South Korea in April 2019. At
present, only three top countries have built and deployed the 5G technology
with trials in its soil, they are South Korea, China and the United States of
America. And currently three international 5G mobile network operators namely
the China Mobile, AT&T Inc. & KT
corp are proactively working to establish the fifth generation wireless network
support to mobile devices. India remains too smartly apart and close like a
mirage in this phenomena. However, experts synthesizing the list of 5G NR
networks say that the value of 5G in India will be extremely high rated than
other advanced countries of the globe.

Now people asking frequently about if Reliance Jio would launch 5G or not? Will Airtel launch 5G spectrum? The answer is a delayed Yes. But at the recently concluded India Mobile Congress(IMC) conference, Reliance Industries CEO Mukesh Ambani has clearly mentioned about his telecommunications venture Reliance Jio's plans to launch 5G technology in second half of 2021. That is, if everything falls as per Jio's plan directives, India can behold 5G network launch in mid 2021, say June to August 2021.

We say this because we have tried and tested the trust factor of Jio over the years till now. Moreover, Reliance Jio is perhaps the best India network operator which is financially stable and in a cool poised position to make launch of its Made in India Jio 5G spectrum services to Indian people than any other operator.
